Terms of service
1. General
These terms apply to services provided by Arctic Ventures Oy (Business ID 3385580-6, "we" / "Arctic Glow") on the website https://arcticglowminigolf.com and at our venues in Rovaniemi, Oulu, and Jyväskylä (from autumn 2026). By using our services you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed at https://arcticglowminigolf.com/en/prices and at the venues. Prices include VAT. Accepted payment methods: card, cash, ePassi, Smartum, and Edenred. Online purchases are paid at order time and a receipt is delivered by email.
3. Gift card terms
The gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase. Validity cannot be extended. The gift card must be used in a single visit — leftover balance cannot be carried forward or refunded as cash. The gift card is accepted as payment at any Arctic Glow Minigolf venue.
Lost or stolen gift cards are not refunded — the code functions as cash. Keep the code safe.
A gift card purchased with sport & culture benefits (ePassi, Smartum, Edenred) is, under Finnish tax law, intended for the employee's personal use. The buyer is responsible for actual use. We do not restrict gift card redemption based on the recipient.
4. Private events: booking, cancellation and payment
Private events are confirmed in writing by email. Once confirmed, the booking is binding. Cancellation 7 days before the event is free. After that we charge 50% of the agreed price as a cancellation fee, and a cancellation under 24 hours before — or a no-show — is charged in full.
If we have to cancel due to a technical fault or other force majeure, we'll either refund the full amount or schedule a new date — your choice.
5. House rules
House rules apply at the venues. Visibly intoxicated guests, or guests causing a disturbance or risk to others, may be asked to leave. Damage to courses or equipment caused intentionally or through gross negligence will be invoiced to the responsible party.
Our venues are video-monitored for safety. Recordings are processed in line with our privacy policy.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site and venues continuously available, but we are not liable for outages, delays or errors caused by third-party services (e.g. payment provider, hosting, equipment fault). Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid for. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation in the first instance. Failing that, consumers may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Other disputes are resolved in the District Court of Lapland.
